FAQ
Why is there a separate charge for the tip?
It's a sterile single-use needle cartridge, and different cartridges do different jobs — more or fewer needles, insulated or not, or built for drug delivery. The charge is legitimate, but it means the session price you see is never the price you pay. Ask for the all-in figure.
Potenza or a fractional laser for acne scars?
Microneedling RF places energy under the skin surface, so it tends to be safer on deeper skin tones and carries less pigmentation risk than heat-based resurfacing. Lasers often do more for shallow, broad texture. Korean clinics frequently alternate them across a course.
How many sessions?
Three to five, about four weeks apart. Scar work is a course by nature — a single session on established scarring is not going to do much.
How much downtime?
Redness and a grid-like pattern of tiny marks for 1–3 days, and some swelling on day one. Presentable within a few days with makeup.

Before you compare quotes: what this price is actually per
- A flat per-visit price. The thing to check is how many visits the full course needs.
Per session, with the needle tip billed separately — and on Potenza the tips are the clearest example of the practice. One Seoul list quoted ₩250k for a standard session plus ₩50k for the tip, and ₩300k for the drug-delivery 'pumping' mode plus ₩60k for its tip. Different tips do different jobs, so the tip charge is real rather than padding; just make sure it's in the number you're comparing.
