How it works

A spiral tip loosens and suctions debris from pores while delivering hydrating and brightening solutions. No downtime, instant smoothness — often bundled with laser or booster visits.

FAQ

Is extraction included?

Often not. Korean menus regularly list a facial and then charge extraction separately per spot — around ₩5k each, or a flat rate for a full face. Ask before you're on the bed if congestion is your main concern.

How is this different from a HydraFacial at home?

The mechanism is the same — vacuum-assisted cleansing with acid solutions — but Korean clinics typically run more steps and charge a fraction of Western prices. It's the single best-value item on most menus.

Can I do it on my last day?

Yes. Mild redness for an hour or two and nothing else. It's the classic same-day, fly-home-tomorrow treatment.

How often?

Monthly is typical for maintenance. It's a cleaning and hydration treatment, so the effect fades with your skin's normal cycle.

Before you compare quotes: what this price is actually per

per session
  • A flat per-visit price. The thing to check is how many visits the full course needs.

Flat per session, and the cheapest real treatment on most Korean menus — ₩35k including a hydrating mask in one Seoul list. The premium end is where extra steps stack up: a full multi-step version with an ultrasound stage ran ₩250k on the same menu, and a booster upgrade added ₩50k.

Commonly billed on top
  • Extraction, frequently excluded and charged per spot
  • Ultrasound or LED steps
  • Upgraded mask or booster infusion

Won prices quoted above are from a dated reference price list for one Seoul clinic chain (2026-07-24), used to show the shape of pricing — not a national average, and not a quote. Prices include 10% VAT: the foreign-patient cosmetic VAT refund ended on 31 December 2025.
