A premium lifting program and a 30-minute express botox visit are completely different businesses. Charging them the same way would break one of them, so we match the fee model to the tier.

Why we can do this legally
In Korea, paying referral commissions for domestic patients is prohibited — which is why local platforms can only run ads. But referral of international patients is expressly permitted for operators registered under the Foreign Patient Attraction (외국인환자 유치업) framework. Serving inbound travelers is what makes a commission model possible at all.
Registration carries obligations (capital, guarantee insurance, fee reporting) and medical-advertising rules still apply to any clinic-specific promotion. Loop& Skin publishes neutral procedure education, not clinic advertising, and treats the clinic-listing layer accordingly.
