Exosome Regeneration
엑소좀 · also: 엑소좀, Exosome therapy
Stem-cell-derived exosomes used to calm inflammation and accelerate repair — commonly delivered with microneedling to soothe redness, acne-prone skin and post-laser recovery.
This breaks the skin or carries vascular/systemic risk, so a medical intake is required before treatment.
How it works
Exosomes are tiny vesicles carrying growth-signal molecules. Driven into the skin through micro-channels, they nudge cells toward repair and reduced inflammation over a short series.
Intradermal injection · acts at 0.3–1.5 mm · deepest layer: Dermis
Where collagen and elastin live. Almost every 'skin quality' treatment is aimed here.
Depths are indicative and vary by device, cartridge, body area and individual.
Intradermal injection
Many small, shallow deposits spread across the treatment area — placed within the skin rather than under it, so nothing changes shape.

FAQ
Is the evidence as strong as the price suggests?
No. Exosome and stem-cell-derived boosters are a fast-moving, lightly regulated category where marketing runs ahead of published clinical data. There's plausible mechanism and encouraging early work, but nothing like the evidence base behind toxin, HA filler or fractional lasers. Price it as an experiment, not a proven treatment.
Why is it always sold with something else?
Because the molecules don't penetrate intact skin well. It's applied after microneedling, laser or RF has created channels — so you're paying for two treatments, and the base procedure is usually doing much of the visible work.
What should I ask before agreeing?
What exactly is in the vial, who makes it, whether it's MFDS-approved for this use, and what result they expect. Vague answers about 'growth factors' and 'signalling' without a product name are a reason to decline.
Is it safe?
Generally well tolerated when paired with a standard procedure at a licensed clinic. The uncertainty is about efficacy and product consistency rather than acute safety.
Price range by care tier
Market ranges for reference — actual quotes depend on the clinic, doctor and area.
Before you compare quotes: what this price is actually per
- Sold by the sealed vial. You pay for the whole vial even if less is used.
- Injectables are sold per cc. One cc is a small syringe; most full-face plans need 2–8 cc, so multiply before comparing.
Per vial, and the tip is commonly billed separately. One Seoul list had two different exosome-family products at ₩370k each, and a premium stem-cell-derived booster at ₩930k per vial — with a high-concentration intravenous-plus-booster protocol at ₩3.7M. Prices in this category vary more than the underlying evidence does.
