A diode laser that fires three wavelengths at once, each landing at a different depth, so one pass warms the surface, the mid-dermis and the deeper tissue together. It's the go-to when someone wants visible tightening today and cannot afford a single day of looking treated.

How it works
755, 810 and 1064 nm are delivered together at high pulse rates through a sapphire tip that chills the skin surface to around -3°C. The layered heating contracts existing collagen for an immediate effect while activating fibroblasts at several depths; the deepest wavelength also warms subcutaneous fat, which is why clinics use it along the jaw and neck for contour.

FAQ
Is this really no-downtime?
Close to it. Expect warmth and mild flushing that settles within an hour or two. There's no peeling, crusting or bruising, which is the whole point of choosing it.
How does it compare to Thermage?
Thermage generally gives a stronger, longer-lasting tightening from one session. Titanium gives a milder result you can see immediately and repeat comfortably. If you have one visit and an event to attend, Titanium fits; if you want maximum lift per session, RF or HIFU is the stronger tool.
Does it help with fat?
Only mildly. The deepest wavelength warms subcutaneous fat, so there's some contour refinement, but it isn't a fat-reduction treatment.

- RF and microwave devices are sold by total energy in kilojoules. More kJ means more coverage and a stronger result — a 10 kJ and a 60 kJ quote are not the same treatment.
Billed per kilojoule, and the ladder is close to linear — in one Seoul price list 20 kJ, 40 kJ, 60 kJ and 80 kJ ran ₩450k, ₩900k, ₩1.35M and ₩1.8M. 20 kJ is roughly a neck-only dose. Ask which energy your quote assumes before comparing it to anything.
